Exploring all things ME. Who, What, Why, How, Where and When... I welcome you into a slightly more intimate side (different from Facebook or Twitter). The Journey of Life. Fulfilling a purpose driven life, not only existing BUT living. Adoring every fiber and being... Hence,
"And God said, "Name her Woman!"
Before Esther was Queen (read the Book of Esther in the bible) she had to go through an entire year of beauty treatments to get her man. All things hair, skincare and body detox; everything was fresh and squeaky clean and soft to the touch. Even as modern day Queens we should still keep this same regimen alive and current. Not for any man, but even for yourself. It’s always wonderful to hop in and out of the shower, but it’s also better to sit in the tub and soak all those toxins out of our bodies. YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT LADIES!
I have added some ingredients together and came up with a great detox bath or the Queen Esther Bath to give your body a good flush out of these toxins. So be prepared to have a quiet night in of full relaxation and wake up refreshed in morning!!
FIRST YOU WILL NEED:
- Full hot bath
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of bentonite clay
- 1 cup of dead sea salt
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- Ten drops of lavender essential oil
CALGON IS NOW GOING TO TAKE YOU AWAY………… ENJOY! Soak for about 30-45min
Note** This process can be very dehydrating so make sure you drink lots of water before and after bathing!
